These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IZZ Scanner mobile application (the "App") provided by Digitalizz. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Digitalizz grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for lawful verification of items registered with the digitalizz.az platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where allowed by law.
- Use the App to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the verification service, including overloading our servers with automated scans.
- Use the App in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.
3. Verification Results
Verification results are provided "as is" based on the data registered on the digitalizz.az platform. Digitalizz does not guarantee that any scanned item is authentic, valid, or fit for any particular purpose. Always exercise your own judgment and follow applicable laws and contracts.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its source code, design, brand, and all related materials are owned by Digitalizz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive no ownership rights by using the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIGITALIZZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITALIZZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
